Choco Up is looking for an energetic Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and play a critical role in scaling Choco Up in Asia. This role comes with a heavy focus on develop and implementing robust growth strategies in achieving branding and conversion goals. You are expected to contribute significantly to our business goals through growth marketing.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 4+years in B2B Marketing in eCommerce or related industries
  • Experience in webinar and other event management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ambitious self-starter with strong problem-solver skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Being agile, quick learner and with a passion for challenge and opportunity

Roles and Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Growth Lead and the team to drive, manage and optimize marketing campaigns, PR media, ad-hoc events, with the primary objective of brand awareness and lead generation in SEA.
  • Take ownership in integrated planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns and activities with strong growth mindsets, ROI rationales and performance tracking metrics.
  • Creative management, and preparation of promotional and communications materials across channels.
  • Webinars/Seminars: manage speakers & logistics, prepare content, support execution, and monitor their success.
  • Stay on top of market landscape and identify opportunities to further promote Choco Up
