About the Job

Choco Up is looking for an energetic Partnerships Manager to join our team and play a critical role in scaling Choco Up in Asia. This role comes with a heavy focus on building a best in class ecosystem to support fast-paced growth of our customers as well as Choco Up. You will be working very closely with our founders and team leaders to supercharge our partnerships segment in a fast paced environment. You are expected to contribute significantly our business goals through nurturing and growing relationships with our partners.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 2+ years in the e-commerce, SaaS, D2C or related industries
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with a win-win attitude
  • Ambitious self-starter with strong problem-solver skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – able to think strategic and roll your sleeves up
  • Being agile, quick learner and with a passion for challenge and opportunity

Roles and Key Responsibilities

  • Drive our strategic plan for partnerships across Asian regions
  • Acquire new strategic partners and affiliates
  • Execute on new deals including the development, negotiation, and signing of partnerships
  • Work with cross functional teams including Sales, Credit, Product and Marketing to ensure partnerships implementations are on track and delivering against plan
  • Foster relationships at all levels with our partners
  • Stay on top of market landscape and identify opportunities to further promote Choco Up
