Prior to Pickupp, Crystal gained expertise scaling platform & driving growth as a Senior Operations Manager at Uber (2014-2016). She acquired critical product development experience from Chinascope Financials, a Shanghai-based fintech startup where she served as Deputy CEO (2012-2013), and from MathWorks, where she served as Software Engineer (2004-2006) focusing on optimization algorithms for fixed income and currency hedging in Boston.
Crystal was a former investment banker at BofA Merrill Lynch (2008-2012) and Credit Suisse (2007) with extensive cross-border M&A and capital markets experience. Crystal holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Founder, Next Chapter Ventures
Nicole’s 15-year career was spent working on US IPO and Transformation large-scale projects across Europe and Asia with PricewaterhouseCoopers before transitioning into entrepreneurship working with female founders.
Nicole founded Next Chapter Ventures, the first female focused rewards-crowdfunding platform in Asia and Australia. Building on the crowdfunding platform success Nicole then founded Next Chapter Raise, a digital membership community for female entrepreneurs and women-owned businesses to help them get funded faster through different capital sources.
Nicole is also the co-founder of Sophia, a financial education platform focused on tackling the gender wealth and investing gap through digital learning products targeting women.Nicole has worked with hundreds of female founders and investor changemakers to understand and address the issues facing female entrepreneurs who are looking to fund and scale their businesses.
CEO & Co-founder, Sprout
Andy Lee is the CEO and Co-Founder of Sprout, a comprehensive Stakeholder Management SaaS that empowers companies to centrally manage their ESOP, equity, digital assets and shareholders.
Andy has 25 years of startup and corporate management experience spanning Asia Pacific and international markets.
Previously Andy was based in China where he led business, investments, international expansion and strategic companies for companies including Uber, Mapbox (a Softbank-invested mapping-tech startup) and game maker Kabam. Prior to joining the startup world, Andy led media digital operations and business development at NBA China and STAR TV / News Corporation.
Andy began his career in venture capital with SIG Capital (now GGV Capital in Shanghai and was a dotcom 1.0 investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston (DLJ Securities) and BankAmerica Merill Lynch (Montgomery Securities) in London, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
Co-founder & CEO, Choco Up
Percy Hung is an entrepreneur and investor based in Singapore. He is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Choco Up, one of the largest revenue-based financing and growth platforms in the Asia Pacific that offers fast-track, data-driven funding to fast-growing companies that require rapid capital deployment.
An alumnus of Georgia Institute of Technology studying Aerospace Engineering. He spent his early career working as a product engineer at multinationals including Azbil Corp (Yamatake) in Tokyo, focusing on operational efficiencies and performance capabilities.
Always curious and fascinated by the fast-changing and innovative world, Percy later pursued a start-up venture in online sportswear customisation — a decision that kickstarted his entrepreneurship journey. He later co-founded Healthy Chicken, one of Hong Kong's earliest health concept restaurants.
As a serial entrepreneur with multi-sector experience in automotive, apparel and consumer tech, he gained a great deal of determination and the ability to stay agile and adapt. The knowledge he garnered from trial and error granted him this idea into founding a company that looks after the key factor for successful start-up companies — funding.
